There will Ire general rsgr•et, though
coupled with appreciation of his ac-
tlon, at the enlistment of Mr. T. E.
Sunbury, organist and cboir-waster of
Knox church, for military service.
Mr. Sunbury came here about a year
ago, succeeding Mr. W. T. Sharpe.
who left to go overseas as a military
bandswsn. He has tilled hie position
witb such ability, and he and his es-
timable wife have shown themselves
such good citizens, that not only the
people of Knox church. but the towns-
people generally, will be loth to lose
them. It Is to be hoped some arrange-
ment may be made by which Knox
churcb may be assured of having Mr.
Mucbury's services again after the war
is over. For some time Mr. Sunbury
has been hearing the call tr• his noon -
try's service more and more insistent.'
lye and he has finally been able to
overcome the difficulties in the way of
enlistment.
