In order to meet the peculiar condi-

ranged that the jury and the non -jury

Justice Sutherland as the presiding

The annual entertiioment of Cen-
tral school will be given on the even-
ing of the 24th of May, the proceeds
to be devoted to the benefit of our
soldiers, and the staff would ask that

To Sell Carlow Hotel Property.
Mn. Jonathan Miller, who hoe been
living for some time with ber sister at
Detroit, is in town making arrange-
ments for the disposal of her hotel
prnpelty at Carlow. An auction sale
will be held at the premises on Wed-
nesday, May 16th, when the hotel
building and contents will be offered
for sale. The building, which is known
as the Carlow hotel, is a solid brick
structure and has always been kept in
good repair. The content. also in-
clude some valuable articles, and the
sale should be of general interest.

The annual meeting of the Meneed-
tung Canoe Club was held on Tuesday
evening, when the following officers
were elected for the coming year :

of the death of two former members
