of Robertson, Riddell & Richardwn,
city solicitor, has been taken into
partnership in the well-known firm of
Fasken, Cowan, Chadwick sed Roe.,
of Toronto, his connection therewith

wick. Mr. Rose was recently elevated
to the bench, while Mr. Cowan has
gone to Montreal, being associated
with the G. T. R.

Blackwell, died at his home in Ktr•
