1 Contingents of 10.000 Men to Leave
For Front at Intervals.
That a force of 341.1.00 men will be
kept continuously in training In Can-
ada, and that contingents of 10,000
each will h.• despatched to the front
at regular intervals, Is the RIM of an
announcement made by the Govern-
ment Sunday night.
This outlines the whole plan govern
tag the rendering of aid by Canada to
• the Mother Country In the ,rreeenl
crisis, and will not be changed un-
less the War Office so advisee. The
first 10,000 men *ill likely be sent In
Ileceenber, and further Instalments of
the same amount will be despatched
at regular Intervale until the tVar
OMce advisee discontinuance. The
place of each contingent of 10,000
sent to the front will be taken by
another similar body of men enrolled
for training, so that there will always
be 30,000 men under arms In the
Dominion.
