Blyth, has been decided by Judge
Holt in favor of the defendants.
This was an action brought' by the
plaintiffs against the defendants, hus-
band and wife, on January lltb last
to set aside a conveyance of lands in
the village of Blyth from husband to
wife, dated November ''22nd last, on
the Around that it was made when
the defendant R. J. M. Barr was in-
solvent and with isteot to defeat, hin-
der, delay err prejudice the creditors of
the said R. J. M. Barr otber than bis
co-defendant and oleo with intent to
give the said Iverea Is. Baer, a credit-

creditors.
