SAVED BUNTER PROM DROWNING. -
Marjorie, the little four-year-old
daughter of R. T. Dougtaau, is the
heroine of the village. One day last
week she and bee younger .inter,
Dorothy, two years old, were pisyiog
on the river bank near the mill race.
Reaching into the water, which was
there about five Leet deep, to catch a
fish, Dorothy lent her balance and fell
in. Seeing the danger. Marjorie,
instead of running away, seized her
sister by the hair and succeeded in
pulling her out. When the children
reached home, Marjorie's hands were
full of hair from her sister's head,
showing that she must have used
unusual strength in effecting the
rescue.
