Dalton Elliott Anderson, the ten-
year -old son of Dr. D. A. Andeeson...f
Winnipeg, formerly of Exeter. was

boy was riding a bicycle at the time
and was attempting to cross in front
of a car when be wee struck. The
front truck of the car pawed over his
right arm at the shoulder, crusbicg it i

body. He was a bright young led
and was a silver and gold medalist in '
oratory.

of their only daughter, Miss Lulu, to
John L Hayes, of Saskatoon. The
ceremony was performed at high
noon in the presence of about forty
guests from Seaforth, (inderich. Wel-
ton and Motown. Rev. T. W. Cosecs
performed the ceremony and the wed-
ding march was plsyed by Miss gra
Wilt.*, cousin of the beide. The
young couple left the same ahernoon
for their new borne in Saskatoon.

lor, Exeter, on Tuesday, June 4t5,
when their daughter, Miss Mand, woe

worth Agnew, of Winnipeg. Rev.
Dr. Whiting, of First Methodist
church, London, performed the cere-
mony. The bridesmaid was Miss May
Foster, of Winnipeg, and the groom
was assisted ty Ernest Taylo brother
of the bride. After a dainty luncheon
was served, the happy couple lett on
the evening train for Toronto, Nia-
gara' Fan. and Ottawa. Tbey will be
at home in Winnipeg after September
1st.
Old Resident of Morris Lead.
After a long and serious illness,
caused by gangrene, Alexander Con -
non, of the 5th line of Morris, Passed
away on Friday, ?Hay 31st. He was
in his seventy-second year, having
been born at Petsrbead, Aberdeen,
Scotland, on June 2015, 1840. At the
age of twenty-.evetr be came to Can-
ada with hie mother and the other
members of the family. They spent
teen years at Whitt before moving
to Morris towrship. With the exception
of a few years &pent in Grey Mr. Con -
non had since resided in Morris.

Death of Brunets Lady.
Following an Illness extending over!
the past, four months, Mrs. John Hun-
ter. Brussels pawed to her reward on
Saturday evening. June let Mrs.
Hunter was bora in County Ferman-
agh. Ireland. seventy-four years ago.
Wheel a cbild she tame out to Beata -
ford, Ont., sod in 1858 she was mar-
ried to her now bereft partner. They
moved to Huron township, Bruce
county, where Mr. Hunter had a 1q3.
acre farm, and resided there until 1885,
when they sold out sod bought the
Patrick Lynd farm on the 7th line of
Morris township. In the fall of 1908,
they retired from active work and
moved to Brussels. A family of two
sons and avedaughters survive. They
are Rev. J. E., of Tu�ptppeerville. Ont. •
