shortly after the glare started in tbe
seonnd half. He onntpletely loot bis'
memory and one of the weakest
players of the Goderich team went
with him. This was it had job for
Mitchell. as Matbeeon was playing
the game of his life, and the local
team became somewhat discouraged,
as it looked at the time as though be
was seriously hurt. Goderich rink is
much wider than the one here, which
gave the team from that town an
advantage with six men on a side. as
it allowed them more ice. surface and
they now got right down to hard
work. The rushee that tbe visitors
made were strenuous, but they
counted, as the . rubber was parsed
into the net eight times by them,
while Mitchell only scored one goal,
and when time was called the scorer
was nine W six in favor of Goderich.
