A very pretty wedding took place on Wednesday morning, September 27, at the beauti- ful home of Mr. and Mrs. John Joynt on Ross street, when their eldest daugh- ter, Annie E., was united in mar- riage to Rev. J. Wilbert Lillieo, of Minneapolis, formerly of Toronto. The house was beautifully decorated with ferns, asters and chrysanthe- mums. The bride entered the draw- ing -room on the arm of her father to the strains of Mendelssohn's wedding march, played by Mrs. Robert John- ston. Rev. Or. Warner, principal of Alma Ladies' College. of which Miss Joynt was s graduate, assisted by Rev. 0. J. McKinley, officiated. Miss ida Joyot attended her sister as maid of honor, while Miss Letitia Joynt acted as bridesmaid. Miss Lillian Cummings and Mise Verna Joynt carried the ring in a basket of sweet psss and asters. The beat ma., was Rev. F. G. Farrill, M.A., of Toronto University. The bride wore a dainty dress of duchess satin, the bodice and skirt trimmed with pearl and point Venice lace. The veil was of tulle arranged in coronet fashion with pearl wreath of lily of the valley and maidenbair Leto, tied with cream satin ribbon. The maid of honor and the bridesmaid wore dresses of cream silk eolienne. trimmed with pearls, bebe Irish lace and cream satin folds, and carried yellow chrysanthemums.
