some time having the degree team of
Seaforth here to illustrate the wot•k of
,this degree, so they were very much
pleased lest week when they get word
that this team would the here Tuesday
evening of this week. They hustled
around and mode preparations for

kazoo hand. They met at the lodge
rooms and certainly put on the work
beautifully, leaving a Lasting impres-
sion on all those who were fortunate
enough to see it. Phis lodge is one of
four in Ontario who put thio degree
on in this manner. and they deserve
great prelse for the way all the parts
are taken without a ritual. 'l'he floor
work. too, ie put on well. After the
degree had been put on they all re-
paired to Taylor's restaurant. Here a
splendid oyster supper had been pre-
pared, and after all had done justice
to it they went back to the lodge
room and listened to a very interest-
ing program. P. Gardiner, acting as
rhairtnen, gate a very interesting
addrees. followed by all singing "God
Save the King." M. A. Popplestone,
as i)eputy Grand Master, responded
to the toast of "Thr Grand Lodge.'

were doing, also the state of the

Begley as a present tram lira. Popple -
stone, ..Bro. Begley, returning his
thanks. Bro. Bonier, of Exeter !ridge,
and Bro. McCallum, of Wingham,
gave a few retnarke congratulating
the Seaforth lodge. A hearty vote of
thanks was tendered the Seafortli
lodge for romiug over and the meet-
ing then dispersed. all feeling better
for having been there.
