You got a M iple
Leaf sticker at o u r
Fair this week. Some
possibly do not know
that M1 L. its- paints
stands for Pure Can-
adian -made Paint that
sticks.
Manufactured by a purely Canadian Company'
We should be patriotic enough to buy M. L.
Paints when actual tests show us that they wear on
the job the longest.
Now is a good time to paint. and here is a 'I.11'.
Paint manufacturers have. been compelled, by
the very high price of Linseed Oil, to raise the price
of Paint three times. The last announcement came
this week with a iso gallon raise, in all making an
advance of ;gc per gallon.
We are still selling at $2.00 per gallon,
having bought largely early, and having a contract
carrying us over part of the season. As soon as we
have to go into the market, we will have to raise the
price to correspond with the cost, to leave a margin
of profit.
We have a line of paint that we are selling at
40c per quart.
