An enthusiastic meeting of the
Women's Institute was addressed .by
Mee. Wuelard. Thee ware fifty-eight
ladies ptesent and all who had not
already joined the Women's Institute
did so, making the Kintail member-
ship an exceptionally large one. Mr.
Morris, president of the Farmers'
Institute, was present fol a few min-
utes and addressed the laditw. conven-
ing a message fe ,not Miss ('ampbeil,
who organized the Kintail branch a
year ago.
In the evening there wan a ,joint
meeting of the mew and women. with
a splendid attend/owe.
After a few words from President
Morris, Wm. Bailie, secretary of the
Farmer's Institute, gave an excellent
address. Mrs. Woelard spoke inter-
estingly on the subject.. "Improving
the Home," and wac. listened to with

dress along the lines of bis evening
