Dress Goods _than any two days in our history.
You know .the reason -we were Selling that
big lot of soc to 75c Dress Goods at 27e a yard.
A thousand yards was, the quantity advertised,
and we thought that was about the amount we
had to sell. When the invo;ces came we found
they totalled up to exactly *845 yards. That
extra 845 yards explains' why we have to
continue the sale all this week. This extra
quantity must be hustled out at once,
for we Warit every inch of rOont-tri-thrs big
store, to display' Christmas stocks. There is
pretty nearly as good an assortment yet as last
Saturday, but not as much of any one kind.
Every yard is new. They are 'regular soc, 6oc
and 75c qualities, cleared from a big Wholesale
house just before stock -taking. Our quick -
clearing price is
27c a yard
