Last week we bought the fall samples of the Canadian selling agent for some
othe leading British manufacturers of Hosiery, Underwear, Curtains, Quilts,
Li ns and Handkerchiefs. He had just received his samples for next spring
and o had no further use for these. Of course we bought them cheap and ex-
pect t sell them in the same way, for we want to do it quickly in order to get
them o of the way of our new fall goods that are arriving nearly every day
now. O

We know that the ualities aro thoroughly reliable. All that is the matter with any of
thein is that the quilts - nd linens may be slightly soiled on the wrong side through being
handled. It is not often we have a chance to get such a complete range of good samples at

We could not,give prices for all of these samples. There are too many different lines for
that, but you'll find them all narked as we say, at a straight saving of one-third to one-half
the real- value.
