and if the members of the court have
not been -able to assimilate the facts
so as to come to a decision they
should apply for superannuation ; if

decision should be made public, and
immediately.
One thing is certain, and that is
that the oonstituenoy is not being
justly dent with. If the appellant
before the oourt has been sustained,
he should receive an early inclination;
if, on the other hand, he has been un-
succeasful its appeal that fact should
tie made knot% to the public, so that
no time would 'be lost in obtaining a
representative for the constituency.
The Legislature will meet on Feb,
6th, and any announcement by the
court in. the. interval will lie better
than the state of uncertainty which
now exists,
