Mr and Mrs R. H. McDonald arrived
here on the 1st of March with the re-
tsaio, of their infant son, Ross, who,
while recovlring from measles, contract-
ed • cold which settled in the throat
and terminated fatally on the 27th of
Feb. The funeral was co doeted by
Rev J, A. Anderson, from the residence
ot his grandfather, Mr A. C. McDonald,
oo Sunday afternoon. The pall -
bowers were F. Allen, R Oke. A. Quaid
and . Hillery Horton. The sorrowiag
parse., who returned to D6truit on
