GENERAL. CReg'ERY Hot'SE.
About a quarter of a century
ago the late George Grant eatab-
lished a grocery business in the
town of Golerich, which he con-

until his death, which occurred
suddenly on the let of January,

the business had grown to large
proportions, and no store in town
was more popularly resorted to
IT customers .acting the latest
and best in the grocery line.
Since the death of lir. Grant the

result has shown that Mrs. (:rant
made a fir,;-Clairs selection, for
the trade has not only len kept
well in hand, but has augmented
as time progressed under the new
management, and at present holds well up
with the foremost grocery houses of the
town. A large stock is carried ; the goofs
are bought for cash and a large saving in
discounts is effected : and the result is that
the trade is carries) on mutually to the
benefit of the estate and its customers.
