Humber has prepared • plan of the
proposed agricultural hall, which has
been approved of provisionally by the
council. The scheme embraces an octo-
gun building 70feet in diameter, with a
wing extending frotn two sides 50
feet long. It will be two stories high,
the lower story being 18 feet high and
the upper 16 feet, surmounted by a
dome. The epecitications have not yet
been prepared, but it is estimated the
edifier will cost an the neighborhood of
$2,000.
