Lightle, who is a 1*4 of about states°

worth only about $200, and was insured

then very minutely. Jackson, he said,
tied the horse by the roadside, about a

rear. Jackson carried a desk of coal -
oil, which he threw against a corner of

then lit a match, and handed it to the
boy, but it went out. Each of the in-

went out. The lad then lit one which

they had tied the horse, and drove home,
the tillage fire bell ringing out to their
watchful ears the news that the building
was burning. The prisoner Jacksnn re-
fused to plead to the information, but
his sister swore that at the hour of t' e

Jackson and Lightle for trial, accepting
bail of 2. 0t), themselves $300 each. and
two sureties for each fun $200. The case
