Sam Noble was sent to gaol on Tues- day fur 30 data, fur non-payment of fine. Sam Duncan, for being drunk and dis- orderly waw sent up for 10 days. John Kennedy, an American tramp, was arrested on Friday last for being drunk and disorderly. He had been insulting ladies on West street, and bee been set upon by a decent passer-by, given a good thrashing and handed ever to the police. He waw, on Tuesday, given the alternative of $1 fine and cysts, 10 days in gaol, or to leave tcwn on the first train. He "jumped"' the town. lin 'tVedneslay, Robt.
