The Dublin Tray.
It is believed that. the as:asauts are
still itt Dub!iti, their car having been
traced back to the city. From the lat-
ter information the cuielusion is drawn
that they are afraid that if separated one
would turn traitor. lufurntatiott gath-
ered i,n Saturday shows that at least
twelve were engaged in the tragedy. It
is believed that in the cab which stood
near the scene of the ntut•tler and loiter-
ing under the trees were armed men
ready to effect a re,cne in case the actual
assassins were surprised. There is rea-
son to believe that the assassins intended
to murder eight persons.
The Government hes issued a special
proclamation offering t reward of £500
for information leading to the arrest of
any one harboring the assassins or
aaetating their escape. Persons harbor-
ing the assassins are liable to be sem
tenced to penal servitude for life.
The police have now issued a descrip-
tion of the four hien on the car. Two
are described'^ as about thiriy years of
age, with sandy hair; one about thirty-
five, stout built, dark ei,mplexiun, with
a hollow on the bridge of his nose; and
the other about twenty, with a small
black moustache: The driver is describ-
ed as between thirty-five and forty, with
a red, bloated face.
