under the Ol'imical Code of. Can-
ada with, three charges laid um-
der the Act.,
On Noveraber 6, Helen V.
Dobson of R.R.1, Ethel, was
travelling west on. Huron County
Road #16, when she struck a
deer which had been standing on,
the roadway. She was not id-
jured, but her car was damaged
to the extent of $300.00.
On November 7, Robert J.
Nesbitt of Kitchener, and Ruby
G. Pletch of Brussels, were in-
volved in an accident on Huron
County Road #12, just north of
Huron County Road #16. No one
was injured as a result of the
accident. Damages were estim-
ated at $600.00. Also involved
in this accident was Gladys Green
of Goderich, whose vehicle was
damaged to the extent of$300.00.
Charges are pending.
On November 11, Jack D.
Logan of Brussels, was involved
in a motor vehicle accident with
Donald K. McArter, whose
vehicle was parked at the time of
the incident. There were no
injuries. Damages were esti-
mated at $250.000. Charges are
pending.
On November 11, William G.
Paulin of Clifford, and Thomas
S. Fischer of R.R.2, Mildmay,
were involved in a two car ac-
cident on Huron County Road
#12 at. Concession 4-5, Turn-
berry Twp. Mr. Paulin was in-
jured, as well as a passenger
in his car, Wesley Paulin of R.R.
1, Bluevale. Damages were es-
timated at $1,300.00. Charges
are pending.
