Township. $400.00 damage was
done to the car.
On July 15, at 11:20 P.M.
David Tiffin, age 17 of 378 Fran-
ces Street, Wingham, failed to
bring his car to a stop on Hur-
on County Road #29` at Huron
County Road #12. He skidded
across the road and into a field.
$500.00 damage was done to the
car and $75.00 to a fence owned
by Robert Musgrove of R.R.#2
Wroxeter. He has been charged
with fail to stop.
On July 14, James Dionne, age
34, Windsor, was charged with
wounding following a shooting in-
cident at East Wawanosh Park.
William McDonald, age 19, R.R.
#2, Lucknow was admitted to
Wingham and District Hospital
with gunshot wounds in his back.
The shooting followed a distur-
bance in the park. Also charged
as a result of the same incident
were Terry Jamieson, age 16,
John Martin, age 19, Ronald Snow-
don, age 19 and William Mac-
Donald, age 19, with Creating
A Disturbance. Jamieson and
MacDonald .have also been char-
ged with Wilful Damage.
On July 3, Barbara J. Black
of Belgrave, was involved in a
single car accident when her car
struck a road sign on the north
side of the roadway, and went
over a culvert. There were no
injuries, and damages were es-
timated at $200.00.
Clifton S. Walsh of Brussels,
and Garry S. Ament of Blyth,
were involved in a motor vehicle
accident on Highway #4, south of
Huron Road #16, Mr. Ament
received minor injuries and dam-
ages to both cars were estim-
ated at $600.00. Charges are
pending.

Fritz, R.R.2, Brussels, are happy
to announce the birth of a son,
Steven Douglas, in Listowel
Hospital on July 10th, - a brother

On July 4, Allan McFarlan
of R.R.#1, Holyrood, and Jan
1311enof R.R.#2, Wingham, were
involved in an accident on Side-
road 24-25, south of Concession
12, Turnberry Township. Jan
Ellen and David Tanpas, who
was a passenger on the Ellen bic-
ycle, were injured as a result
of the accident. Damages were
minor.
Murray R. Houston of R.R.#2,
Brussels, was involved in a
single-car accident on Sideroad
,5-16, south of Concession 11-12
3rey, when his vehicle entered
the east ditch and struck a fence.
There were no injuries and dam-
ages were estimated at $600.00
On July 6, Sydney G. Hopkins
and Ezra Keller were involved
in an accident on #30 County
Road, west of Howick-Minto
Township Line, Howick. Mr.
Hopkins, and a passenger, Betty
Hopkins were injured as a re-
sult of the accident. Damages
were estimated at $1,550. ch-
arges are pending.
One July 5, James W. Alex-
ander of Listowel, was involved
in a single-car accident on #30
County Road, north of Junction
#7 County Road, Howick. There
were no injuries, and damages
were estimated at $100.00.

ful night. They climbed th\
Town Bell Tower, attached a wire
to the bell, strung the wire about
two blocks distance and from
their hide-away rang the bell
continuously from 2 to 4 a.m.
Maybe. Charles Thomas should
not have reminisced about pranks
of his school days at the unveiling
of the Village Plaque during the
Centennial. It may have giv
some miscreants bad ideas.
