The weather co-operated for the sale of. Mr. Cecil Raynard on Wednesday. He has sold his farm and intends erecting a hew home in the village this summer. Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Dunne and family, Dundas, spent the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Percy Stephenson. Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Earl, Owen Sound visited Mr. and Mrs. Chester Earl Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lamp- kin, Kitchener, visited with Mr. an Mrs. Les. Crozier. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Crozier, Kitchener, visited also. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Downey visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Steckly in Bornholm and attended church in Listowel. Mr. and Mrs. Carl McDonald, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Earl, Rick and Judy were supper guests with Rev. Stanley McDonald, Londes- boro on Sunday. The last euchre of the season was held in the community centre Monday night with nineteen tables in play. The Hall Board have been responsible for the euchres this past season and expressed appreciation to all who helped in any way. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Scheerer visited in Orangeville Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Querenguesser. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Hutton and family, Gowanstown, visited Mr. and Mrs. A. Bremner. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Gibson visited on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Dunbar. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Klein- striber of Brampton and Mr. Dennis Kleinstriber and friend of Toronto visited Mr. and Mrs. H. Kleinstriber. Mr. and Mrs. Roger Smith and family visited over the week end in Lindsay. Mr. and Mrs. Allan Dobson and family of Palmdrston visited Mr. and Mrs. Bill Dobson. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bate- man are proud grandparents of a first grandchild born to Mr. and Mrs. W. Heidmann.
