Students 18 years of age and over from both high school and post secondary levels will he em- ployed this summer in the clean ing up of roadsides, lake shore and river bank litter problems and in improvements to local Censer, ration areas. The 37 Conservation Authorities Ontario expect to hire a total of some 1000 students tor vatying periods of time, Another 1000 will. be hired by the Ontario Depart, ments of Lauds and Forests for similar work, The work being done by the Conservation Autherities in Proj- ect SWEEP is being funded and co-ordinated by the Province through the DepartMent of Energy and Resources ManageMent.
