corn silage, said Dr D. N. Mowatt
of the Department of Animal
Science, University of Guelph in
his address to the annual con-
vention of the Soil and Crop Im-
prevenient Association held Jan-
uary, 27 - 30 in Toronto. Atiimals
that are expected to gain from
1.75 to 2 nounds per day require
11 to 12% protein in their total
ration. The average corn silage
