in Agriculture and Food, at the
University of Guelph, Dr.. Gun-
stone said that materials now con-
sidered waste . will allow the.
growth of bacteria, yeasts. and
molds which will convert these
waSteS to edible protein "with

on these wastes as a: possible com-
mercial source of protein are now
being conducted in the United
States and Europe, Unfavourable
