Unit The .December meeting of the Sth and 16th Unit was held 'at the home of Mrs. Don McDonald, on. Wednesday afternoon. Dec. '9th. The Christmas Story was given by Mrs. Jan van Vliet Jr. and Mrs, Don Fraser. "Joy to the World" was sung and Mrs. van Vila led in prayer. Christmas Carols were sung. Mrs. Don Fraser read an article on "The Meaning of Christ- mas" and led in .prayer. 13 memb- ers answered the roll call. "Christ- mas Custom in Other. Countries" and there was. one visitor present. The minutes of the last meeting were read by the secretary. and the regular collection 'was receiv- ed. The business portion was con- ducted by Mrs. Doug Fraser. The January meeting is to • be at Mrs. Wilbur•• Turnbull's home in Brus- sels. A Thank-you card was read and an invitation to a meeting in Brussels Presbyterian Church, Dec. 15th. at 8:30 was received.
