Morris as follows:
1 In this by,law:—
"Waste" means ashes, garbage, refuse, domestic VhIste, InduStriag

animals and parts thereof, hauled liquid wastes, hauled sewage,
naZardous waste, incinerator waste, inert fill slid rock fill, or

ment Act 1970 and the liqgulations made thereunder and "all other
