Bishop and heard from him his
promises of faithfulnes.
The Very , Reverend Kenneth'
Keefe, Dean of the Diocesan.

ie, was the chief minister in, the
Service. He was assisted by all
the lay people and the clergy
present, He officially received' the
Bishop into the Diocesan Church,
and installed him. into the
"Cathedra" (the Bishop's Throne)
symbolizing the leadership and
authority the people entrust to
their Bishop.
Archbishop William L. Wright
of Sault Ste. Marie. representing
the Universal Church of God,
assisted in the Service, aided by
other visiting Bishops of the
Anglican Communion. Other
Christian bodies brought fraternal
greetings to the Diocese and its
new Bishop.
Dean Keefe has indicated that
the Installation Service for
Bishop Queen reflects the pastort
al nature of the Bishop's relation-
ship with his Diocese. !This Ser-
vice stressed that the Bishop is
mare of a servant and a 'Father
in God', rather than emphasizing
that he is a 'Prince of the
Church".
