The afternoon session began
with a sing song led, by Mrs;
Donald Dow of the Calvin-Brielt
D.C.IAT and was enjoyed by

ville and Wingham U.C.W'a.
They challenged each of us to
deeper thought, a greater concern
for others, a better understand-
ing of ourselves and a desire to
help,/ A Quiz was conducted by
Mrs. Milian Moore of the White-
church
The ladies of the Cavin-Brick
17.C.W. rendered two musical
numbers, "God of Grace and OA
of Glory" and "Let Us Break
Bread Together."
The Courtesy remarks were

PREVENT FROZEN PIPES
The possibility' of frozen water
pipes is a constant threat on
many farms during the winter.
Frozen water expands, and can
burst steel pipe and severely
stretch plastic tubing.
Professor Ross !Irwin, School
of 'Fingineering, Uuniversity of
Guelph, offers some hints that can
help keep the farm water system
operating smoothly this winter.
