with baskets of gladioli and
vandelabra for the evening eere-
mony uniting in marriage Sandra
Jean Fisher and Carman Ross
Machan, both of Kitchener, on
Friday, August 7th. The bride is
the daughter of Air, and Mrs.
George Fisher of Wingham and
the groom is the son of Mrs.
Violet Madam of Brussels and
the late. Mr: Machan,
Rev. T. J,. McKinney of Tees•
water was the officiating minister
and Mrs. Robert Dawson, sister
of the bride, of Campbellford, pre-
sided at the organ. Miss Sharon
Mowbray of Toronto sang "The
Collegian Prayer" and "The
Lord's Prayer".
The bride 'was given in mar-
riage by her father, She chose
floor length{ gown of white ehiffen
styled On empire lines with a
bodice of Venice lace, Peererl
sleeves and stand xp collar, A
white rose surrounded by white
forget-me-nets held her long
chiffon veil which was edged
in nylon, lace and she carried
whote Bible with yellow sweet.7.

Her attendants were gowned
alike in floor length empire style
gowns of green pile de creme with
long sleeves. They -were topped by
nylon sheer coats trimmed with
white insertions of embroidered
lace through which green velvet
ribbon ran, The same embroidery
and green velvet ribbOn also
trimmed their white mohair pict-
ure hats. They carried baskets of
daisies. Mrs, Fred Davis of Wind-
sor was the matron of honor.
Bridesmaids were Miss Louise
ManDonald of Kitchener, Miss
Doris Fisher, sister of the bride,
of Wingham and Mrs, Alex Craig,
of. Whitechurch. Miss Rhonda
Currie of Brampton, niece of the
groom, was flower girl.
Gordon Meehan of Brussels,
was his brother's best man.
Guests were ushered by another
brother, Dale Machan, of Brus-
sels, Gordont Fisher, Or Guelph,
brother of the bride, and Alex
Craig of Whitechurch, Lee
Fisher, of Guelph:, nephew of the
groom was' ring bearer.

wore chiffon Of pink and white
with white accessories and a
corsage of pink and white car-
nations. Assisting her in receiv-

and a pink carnation corsage.

Northern Ontario the bride wore
a brown mine sleeveless dress
with beige insert, beige and
brown accessories and a corsage

song, led by MrS Bill Wright and
accompanied by Mrs. Carl John-
ston at the piano,: was enjoyed by
all. Mrs. Ron Schefter conducted
a contest, in which four groups of

sed hor like -a bride,' with toilet
tissue.

On Friday evening Mr. and Mrs'
