Where operations of • snow- mobiles is permitted on p.ravinc- ial highways, the driver must hold . a regular operator's or .chauf- er's licence under the- 'Highway Traffic Act to take his machine on these roads, according to. the provisions of another new amend- ment. Any collisions on or off the highway involving personal in- jury or damage exceeding $200 to property other t han that of the owner or driver have t o be report- ed to police under another amend- ment.
