He was years of age. Bern in Grey Township, Mr. MoKinnoii was a son of the late Hugh McKinnon and his wife, the fernier lsahella McKay. He was educated in Grey and farmed for a number of years. From 1950 to 1955, he operated a service Station in Bluevale; he retired IA. 1955, Mr. McMnnon was a former assessor of Grey ToWnship aw.". served as school trustee in Morris. Township. He was a member of BlueVale United Church where he was an honorary trustee at the time of his death. In 191$, he married the former Annie, Spence of Morris Township, She survives, with one son, Spence, of Grimsby a.nd on e daughter, Mrs. John (Isabel!, MacTavish, of Brantford. Also surviving are one brother, Cecil :McKinnon of Toronto and seven grandchildren. He w,as predeceas- ed by two sisters and: two. brothers, The body rested at the R. A. Currie and Son funeral home in Wingham until 'Wednesday, June 10, when Rev. G. W. Sach of Gorrie conducted the 2 —p.m. funeral, service. Interment was in Wingham Cemetery; Pallbearers were three. grand- sons, Robert McKinnon of Grims- by, John R. MacTavish of Kiteit- ener and Donald MacTavish of Brantford, and: three Bluevale neighbours, 'George Thomson, ,Wjklan 110hortsan, and George Hetherington, KICK THE HABIT The linrofi-Perth Tuberculosis and. "Although 21 million people have already kicked the habit," Eivans says, "Too many people still smoke.
