OLD PAPERS
Two old newspapers "The Mail
and Empire" dated May 1917, and
"The Brussels Post" of Nov. 1910,
were brought to this office by
Allan Nichol.
111 r. Nichol found the papers
while renovating the house of the
ale George Elliott of Brussels.
The most striking thing was the
rise of prices noted in the ads.
One being the price of the Toronto
Star onoted as $1.5n a year' or the
Star and the Brussels Post both,
for $2.211 a year,
