passing of James R. Currie, age
78 years, of Young, Sask., occur-

Mr. Currie was born in Brussels.
Ontario and went to the west to
Young, Sask., , in 1906 where he
homesteaded. Active in community
affairs, during the winters of
1946 to 1951, Mr. Currie lived in
Saskatoon. Interment was made
in the family plot in the Wood-
lawn Cemetery, SaskatoOn
