The scripture reading, Rev. verses 10-20, was given by Mrs. Clifford Ritchie who offered the Lord's Prayer tieing the propoeod new wording of the church. Mrs, van Vliet gave the topic "You can solve the problem." by Dr, Norman Vincent Peel. Mrs. Martin Bann was in charge of the business period. The Unit will provide flowers foe the church during the Month of June. Mrs, Clifford Ritchie will be the hostess for the next meeting of the Veit. Mrs. Roy Williamson and Mrs. George Willinmeon will have charge of devotions. Prior to the meeting two quilts were tied. The meeting was closed with praYer by Mrs. van Viet MeKillop Unit of the UCW The McKillop T'nit of the TITAT \N" S, held at the home of Mrs. Stewart McCall. Twenty- five ladies attended Miss Ethel Dennis, in charge of 'Devotions, read the poem "Old Fashioned Moth or" to open the meeting. •The hymn "1-hippy the Home When God is There" was sung. Mrs. Don Achilles wive the seeretary's re- port and Teed thank you notes. The number of shot-ins visited during the month was given in roll call response. Mrs, Ronald Bennett end Mrs. Mrs. Walter Bewley were named to notify the box committee of any hoeptolized members. A decision was made that a gift be given to any member who is leaving the Unit. A bale is to be packed niter May 15. Mention was made of invitations to attend meetings at Burns ChnrCh and. St., John's Anglican Church, Brus- sels, 'rho July and August meetings of the 'Unit are being withdrawn. Mrs, W. (e. 'Ijeckwell, Mrs. Gerald Watson end Mrs, Walter Bewley were appointed respon- sible for the June i"cw meeting. The hymn. "Holy leather Cheer Our Way"' end prayer by Mrs. A. McCall closed the meeting.
