Yes, advertising is good. This is a way to keep one's company and
and name before the public A company can spend dollars in adver-
ing, but it is the material Used and workmanship and know-how that
really advertises itself, We have both these at Dumont Aluminum
and don't think I'm not proud of it (within- myself) when people stop
me an the Main street and say; "That's a nice job your company Is
doing Al, mighty nice! Come give me an estimate, will you.?"
Thank you.

MAJOR RE-ORGANIZATION
A 1)1;111 1%,r a major re-organiz•
ation. of the Ontario Tuberculosis
and Respiratory Irisoust ASsoc
iation which, co-ordinates volun,
toer activity through 47 regional
tuberculosis and respiratory
disease assOciations in the prey-
regions roughly equivalent to the
0.T;R.D.A, Semi-annual meeting
in Toronto
According to the proposal, out-
lined by Kenneth Clarke, Presi-
dent of the 0.T.R.E.A. the pro-
vince would be divided into new
rgions roughly equivalent to the
division pattern of the Ontario
Department of Health,
The new jurisdictiolns of re-
gional tuberculosis and respiratory
disease associations would be rde-
termined by population, rather
than by geographic boUndaries."
said Clarke. "'We foresee the
creation of new associations and
the a malgamation of existing
associations into larger viable
units each servicing- a minimum
o r Intuit! population" he said.
"Such restructuring would pro-
duce the necessary revenue to
permit an equitable level of tuber-
ulesis and respiratory disease pro-
gramming in all areas of the prov-
\Ince and make possible more
professional service and direction,
that will now be necessary with
the expansion of activity into the
respiratory disease field." Clarke
said.
"Re-organization would involve
the joining of redefined regional
associations into regional groups.
each serviced by a full4tirne Reg-
ional Program Director.. The Ex-
eutlye Director of the 0.T.11.D.A.
would .have responsibilitY for the
- operation and direetion of the.
local associations and of the reg-
ional groups." clarlu? said.
"The responsibility for direetion
of aorivitir.s or o medical nature
would lie with the Ontario Thor-
acic Society,. through its Execu-
tive Secretory" Clarke said. The
Tharacic Society has tradionally
been the medical arm of the
0.T.R.D.A. "The overall organiz-
ation would be co-ordinated by E.
J. O'Brien. Exectutive Vice-Presi-
dent of the Ontario Tuberculosis
and Respiratory Disease Assoc-
iation and to Executive Council
would bo established in which all
medical. government and volun-
tary elements involved in tuber-
eulosis and respiratory disease
would be represented," he said.
