Application forms will be made available to Ontario Farmers by which they may order the mach.- inerY they wish to purchase through the Federation. Some months ago the OFA im- ported seven tractors from Brit- ain to illustrate inflated input costs confronting farmers and their costs of production, The seven tractors saved the buying farmers about iii20A00, The executive decision Will allow the farmer to order any piece of machinery he wishes if it is available according to his own personal specifications. Each farmer must contact the Feder- ation by SpeCial application form stating the machinery he wishes to purchase and its specifications. This must he accompanied by a non-returnable $10 ser'v'ice fee. This will entitle the farmer to a. Federation quote price on the machinery desired if it is avail- able and a special. order form. The order form must then be returned with a cetified cheque for thepur- chase. It is known that a number of farmers wish to purchase com- bines for their Operations. The Federation may save as much or more than 50'7 per piece of machinery for the farmer through the iinportatiOn operation.
