Whereas the MoK4110p Municipal Telephol ne System was recently
disposed of, it now proposes to wind up its affairs and distribute the
remaining cash surplus equally among subscribers of record on the
date of completion of sale..
Application has, therefore, been Made to the Ontario Telephone
Service Commission, under section 47, of "The Telephone Act". R.S,O,
'1900, chapter 394, for an order approvting this plan.
