Mrs. Parker was in charge of wor-
ship and chose "Friendship" as her
theme. ''What a friend we have in

read. :Mrs. .Parker stressed the im-
portanoo of being friendly and
asked its to put this in practice
especially during Lent. Mrs, It.
Cousins, Mrs. J, Ilryans and Mrs.-
J. Turnbull assisted with short

ers answered the roll call and re-
ported 34 visits. Mrs. Carl 1-Teming-

byterial held in. Seaforth. This was
a historic meeting when the Unit-
ed Evangical Brethera and Perth
and Boron 'Presbyteries united.
There are now. 91 U.C.W. socities
in Huron-Perth Presbytry.
