SHOWER FOR BRIDE-ELECT
GWENDOLYNE MARTIN
About 35 friends and neigh-
bours gathered at the home of
Mrs. George MeCutcheen, Brus-
sels, Friday afternoon, July 8th,
and showered Miss Gevenelolyne
Martin with many beautiful gifts.
The bride-to-be anti per mother
were decked with corsages and
then Miss Martin was seated in
a pink and white, balloon and
bell decorated chair.
During the afteruoon bingo and
other contests were enjoyed by
the guests.
A singing address by the group,
directed Gwendolyne about the
house to where her gifts. Were
hid den.
Miss Martin thanked everyone
for their gifts and invited them
to see her trousseau and gifts
displayed at her home.
A tasty lunch was served bfr
the ladies.
