THE. ;BRUSSELS POST, lileUSSELS, ONTARIO JAN SLANDERS Well kids Hi-T camp to me and asked if I could do a column for them Qn Hi-T happenings, a sort of teenage T.K.F, column, so here it is . , any comments good or bad, just drop a line in Care of your newspaper. The 1.960-37 season of Hi-T got Off to a great start with the New Set of London playing. It certain- ly makes the executive happy to .see the Rids having such a good time and especially such a large crowd. I understand there were kids from Teeswater, Wing,,ham, Clinton as well as the best group of all, the gang from Brussels. this crowd says quite a bit for the ITi 7' dances. :My information bureau gore me this little item that I thought woo hilarious. Did everyone dig the 5'2', bouncer at the dauce, It seems there was a huge 6' 3" fellow wno never made it to the dance floor because he hardly made the front door, and due to his idiocy our little pint-sized bouncer grabben nim by the seat of the _ants and actually threw him out of the door. This giant was so dumbfounded it took hiti several minutes to realize what bad baPPrned and when he finally gathered. his wits, again he act,- ually came to apologize for being so foolish. So it doesn't pay fel- lows to try to nut anything over on this wee lass. I have been informed By my agents that the Gentlemen's Club need bounc- ers now and again. They could keel) us in mind especially when they play euchre with the Legion. A seems T.K.F. gets quite boist- erous, That was a real sweet gesture on the part of last year's execu- tive presenting the leader of Hi-T With such a lovely gift, The poor old girl was thunderstruck. I'm. sure it is the first time her bet- ter half ever saw her that she didn't have sofething to say, or should I say couldn't say any- thing, Like her daughter said later, mother was so happy she cried, but tears of joy they were, I'm sure. Who says our kids are not the nicest teenagers you could G ANNOL NtIN the appointiment of MR. ANDREW C. TURNBULL. MRS.
