SPIN AROUND
THE TRACK
Last Tuesday night at Niles-
town brought about another good
night of racing. Jack came home
with a second place finish in the
heat, a sixth spot in the semi,
and a win in the feature race to
add to his credit,
Friday night at the Dele-
ware track found him stuck in
one spot, hut it proved to be a
good one. The red and white
racer with Tack behind the wheel
picked up three, second place
finishes for his evening's work.
. Although wet weather damp-
ened this area all day Saturday,
the local crew travelled to Flam-
bore and didn't experience a drop
of rain all night. In the firsi beat
race Jack ended with second
place and in the semi. having a
few troubles brought up the, tail-
end of the pack. In the feature
race he managed to work his way
up to a fifth place finish.
All-in all it was a good week of
racing with two race meets to
look forward to on Labour Day
at Nilestown, and Deleware race
tra cks.
