Entertain Residents Of Huronview, Clinton Last Wednesday e‘relling a group of young ladies trom.Brus- sels presented a concert, which was greatly enjoyed, at HUMP View. Piano and vocal solos and duets a real variety program was given. Near the conclusion of the pro- gram everyone in the audience was presented with a hag of Peppermints. Much crralit goes to Marlene Smith wl,o made all necessary arrangements. George Baeker and Glen Smith provided the transportation with Fred Steph- enson as chanffer for the Baeker car. These teenagers deserve much more credit than they are getting. The Royal Canadian Legion Pipe Band, composed of Legion, band, members from various branches in several communities, including a nninber from Brus- sels, received a royal welcome when they travelled too Sherril, N.Y. to participate in the Sherril centennial celebrations on Fri- day. Saturday and Sunday. On their arrival in Sherril they were accorded an official welcome by civic dignitaries and were presented with the keys to the city.
