The annual meeting of Oran.
brook. Cemetery Board will be
held on Friday night, March 18th,
at 8:50, at the home of Alfred
and Walter Knight, Brussels, All
those who are interested are in-
vited to attend. this meeting.
Afternoon WMS Group
The March meeting of the
afternoon group of the WMS was
held at the home of the president,
Dare. Farl Dunn. The leader,
Mrs. Mac Engel opened the meet-
ing with a poem "Spring Clean-
ings" The "Glad Tidings' prayer
was read by alas. 4orin Sehuock
and the Scripture reading 1
Peter 2: 440 was read ix unison
The Bible Study and Topic was in
charge of Miss Alice J. Forrest.
Mra F,ngel read "Who is Respoe-
sible1” and questions were asked
on this. Mrs. Clare Veitch read
"The Family and Occupati4onal
,Punsairs :several Bible verses
were read by different members.
An article "Christian Medical
College, Whore, South India." was
read arid also one on "Dr Ida
Scudder". The president conducted
the business part of the meeting.
Thirteen were in attendance and
a verse on "Spring" was giver!
for roll call reaponse. Correa-
pondarice was dealt with and
mention was Made of the Presby-
terial to be, held on May 26 in
Teeswater. The group voted a
donation to a Life Membership
to be presented at the Presby-
terial. Two Irish contests were
conducted by the leader during
the social period. Lunch was
served by the hostess, Mrs.
Calvin Cameron and Mrs. John
Perrie. Mrs, Clare Veitch will be
the hostess for the April meeting.
