10.30 A.M., March lst on the 28th
Annual Farm. Show at the West-
, Pair Grounds in. London. Official
opening ceremonies are scheduled
for 1.45 in the afternoon and the
offieilal party will consist of
Middlesex County Warden.

The show, sponsored by the
Western Fair Association and the
Middlesex Soil and Crop Improve-
mest AssoOlation, will provide
educational Programs, enter-
tainment and, a good display of
competative exhibits that will be
of interest, to both men and
women and there'll be interest-
ing items for the children too.
The afternoon program on
Tuesday, Ma;eh 1st, will be chair-
ed by Middlesex Soil and Crop
Improvement Association Pre-
sient, Bill Qirieve. A panel on
°Management, for a profitable
Corn Crop and lessons to be learn-
ed from, our 1965 experiences,"
will be moderated by Ken Pat-
terson, RR 2, Icerwood. Chair-
man of the Wednesday, March 2
afternoon program will be Hamil-
ton Hodgi,ns, President of the
Middlesex Federation or Agricul-
ture. Moderator for this panel on
"Feeding the Protein You Grow,"
will be Fred Cohoe, Burgessville.
The Thursday, March 3 afternoon
Program chaired by Tom Green,
Past President of the Middlesex
Soil and Crop Improvement As-
sociation, will be a panel on, `,,I3eef
Management Trends." The moder-
ator will be Dick Heard of the
Ontario Department or Agricul-
ture.
The Tuesday evening program.
will see the ladies taking over
with Mrs. William Grieve, Doi-
chester as chairman. At 8.00 p.M.
the crowning of the Farm Show
Princess the Baking Queen and
the Baking Princess will take
place. A Fashion Show at 8.30
p.m. will feature the latest trends
in fashions for men, women and
children.
Wednesday's evening program,
under the chairmanship of Frank
Johnson, first Vice-President of I
the Milddlesex Soil and Crop
Improvement Association, will
feature a JunOr Farmer Amateur
Contest at 7.30 p.m. and at 8.30
,p.m., Public School Square Dance
Competitions.
Junior ,Farmeramn, a program
arranged by the Middlesex Junior
Farmers and featuring the wins
tiers from the Ont, Competit-ions
held in Toronto, is scheduled for
13.30 p.m. on Thursday: Chairman

NO TIME EXTENSION
FOR 1966 LICENSE PLATES
Every other license plate on
Ontario's roads today is going
out of style..
On February 28th, they'll not
only be out of style they'll be
illegal.
The Minister of Transport,
Hon. Irwin Haskett, said that
only 49.5 per cent of plates and•
permits had been Waned 'Compared
to 58.3 per cent at this time last
year.
The Minister warned that there
1411 be no extension .of the Febru-
ary 28th deadline for the purchase
of 1966 license plates and vehicle
Pertnits, They have been on sale
since December 1st.
As in previous years, 1966 plates
for commercial vehicles go on sale
March let.
