Mr. J. W. Coulter, t.oderichy acted as chairman of the meeting and called on. Dr. J. A. Hagan, Superintendent of the Hospital, who spoke to the group and stres- sed the need of volunteer parti- cipation. in mental hosptials. This participation would contribute to the general understanding of Mental illness and the position of the hospital in our community, Mrs. G. W. Ferguson, occupat- ional therapist, outlined a pro- gramme of activities carried out 'by volunteers in the wards, library, canteen, and occupat- ional therapy room. For me first and third Tuesday of each month, Mrs. M'akins of. I3ayfield has organized ward activities. Clinton ladies are responsible for the programme on the second and fourth Tuesdays. Seaforth groups visit on the first and third Thursdays, as do groups from Wingham on the second and fourth Thursdays, Individual volunteers from Goderich parti- cipate on. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Groups, from. many parts of the county are assisting with. entertainment, patients' Birthday parties, picnics, drive- outs, concerts, bingos, dances and shopping tours. Areari represented at the meet- ing: Seaforth, Mrs, Ross SaVauge and Miss Margaret Grieve: Luck- now, Mrs. Oliver Malharles and Mrs. Wilfred. The Starfire differs from other Oldsmobile models too, in the design of both front and rear ?.rid, and in its specific side molding which ends in functional dual exhaust outlets, Oldsmobile F-85 models for 1965 have been changed in many areas. Completely new are the grille, head-lamps, front fenders and bumper and the hood. Rear end design is also new.
