in charge. The time of service
hae been changed and Sunday
School will be at one o'clock and
'the sevice of worship at 2 p.m.
Mr. and Mrs. Lylle Gordon
visited in Toronto on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Don .Tacklin and
little daiughter, Kitchener, spent
the week-end with Mr. and Mrs.'
Earl- Dunn.
The Crnnbrook school was sold
on Saturday to Mr. Urban Du-
charine.

A library meeting was held on
Monday evening at the home of
Mrs. Lylle Gordon. The chair-
man of the library board, Mrs.

On Monday, electors will go to
the polls across the DominiOn to
elect a government to carry on
the nations business for the next
few Years.
In Huron the race is wide :open
this time. Long time Conserve-
tiVe Elston, Cardiff has retired
and Conservatives are pinning
their hopes on Robert McKinley,
Zurich farmer and businessman.
Liberal hopes are resting on
Maitland Edgar, of Clinton, high
schOol teacher and long time local
Liberal Worker. Both men are
in their mid thirties. The Neat
Democratic Party has nominated
Carl Hemingway of Brussels,
farmer, and former Federation
of AgriceltUre fieldman who also
ran NT)P in the 19(52 election.
