WILLIAM POSTER SMITH William Foster Smith of (41.6y Township passed away Oct. 13th'; 1965, at the Ontario Hospital, Goderich, illldest son of the late Mr. and, Mrs. Edlward Smith, he was born. in Elderslie Township, May 17th, 1888. When a young man he moved he moved to Arran Town- ship, coming to urey Township 26 years ago. In 1517 he married Elizabeth „Annie .Horning of Arran Township wno predeceased him in 1956. Surviving are two sons, Amos of Belgrave and Ormal of Grey; three daughters, Lyla, Toronto, Mrs. Lavern (Greta) Hoegy, Dublin and, Mrs. Lester (Lillian) Green of Detroit, Mich.;also one brother, .Tohn of Southampton and seven , grand, children.
